At Woodiee, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier partner, and unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected pincodes in India.
Additional COD charges may apply (if applicable) and will be shown at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking ID
Courier partner details
Tracking link via SMS or email/WhatsApp

You can track your order anytime using the provided tracking details.

7. Delivery Delays

Woodiee is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Remote delivery locations
Unforeseen logistics issues

However, we will fully support you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

8. Wrong Address / Delivery Failure

Customers must provide correct delivery details at checkout.
Woodiee is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address or contact details.
Re-delivery charges may apply if the parcel is returned.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
We will assist in replacement or resolution based on courier investigation.
